This week will be very different for Brittney and me. Brittney's great-grandpa passed away over the weekend, so we will be flying back for the funeral. The funeral is Thursday in Indianola, IA. Our flights are from Tampa to KC, and our traveling will be from Tuesday through Saturday.
John Miller was 101 years old, and he was the patriarch of 5 generations. He and his late wife had been married for 73 years, he had 3 children, 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great-grandchildren (not counting any spouses). I find all of those numbers pretty impressive!
Our ministry account has covered our flights, but if anyone feels an urging from the Spirit to give towards these flights, one option is to give online through the NMSI website.
Please pray that this loss might turn Brittney's family's attention to Christ.

For a more general update, our time in Ft Myers for the past month has been going very well. We really appreciate being here to see God moving through New Mission Systems International and to provide necessary services to its missionaries. Thank you for your support!
I still intend to find one, but I have not found a part time job yet. We are doing fine without one; the reason I'd like to find a part time job is so that we can feel more comfortable to start a family. Even with a part time job, we intend to continue to raise support.
